These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Vinditscandit and apply to all products displayed and sold on our website, www.vinditscandit.co.za. By using our website or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.

  • Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include/exclude VAT (as specified on the site).

3. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
  • Full payment must be made before products are dispatched.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of stock shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or non-payment.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery fees, timelines, and conditions are specified at checkout.
  • Risk and ownership of products pass to you upon delivery to the specified address.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and our Returns & Refund Policy.

  • You may return defective goods within three (3) months of purchase for repair, replacement, or refund, dependant on circumstances.
  • Unwanted goods may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery (subject to conditions and excluding certain products such as customised goods or perishable items).

6. Warranties

  • Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).
  • We do not provide additional warranties unless expressly stated.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from product use.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our website or products, except as provided for under the CPA.
  • Your use of products is at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to ensure they are suitable for your intended use.

  • Consumers retain their rights to alternative dispute resolution through the National Consumer Commission or other recognised bodies under the CPA.
